The Panama City Beach Scottish Festival is a project of the CELTIC HERITAGE ALLIANCE, INC. and is a registered Not for Profit Organization with a 501 (c) (3) tax status. The event is run entirely by volunteers dedicated to sharing our Celtic Heritage.

We will be celebrating our 30th Anniversary on Saturday, March 2, 2024. The event began in Panama City as a community outreach project of Grace Presbyterian Church. In 2015 the event was turned over to a group of local Scots who reorganized the event to become more like the other Scottish Festivals around the United States. The festival has grown in attendance each year and now enjoys calling FRANK BROWN PARK on Panama City Beach our home. Guests who attend enjoy Celtic (Scottish & Irish) themed Musical Entertainment, Shopping, Food, Dancing, Scottish Highland Games Athletic Competition for Men and Women, Children’s Activities, a Tea Room, Bagpipe Bands, a Parade of Tartans and Clans offering Genealogy information. This is a family friendly event with activities and entertainment for all ages.
